This website is operated by Kestrel Applied Intelligence Ltd (company number SC901708), trading as Kestrel Automotive Intelligence, a private limited company registered in Scotland with its registered office at 242 Seatown, Cullen, Buckie, Scotland, AB56 4SN.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to use of this public website. A dealership's use of the Kestrel service is governed by its signed service agreement, data processing terms and written scope, which take priority over website material.
Information and demonstrations
We take reasonable care over the information on this site, but product capabilities depend on the systems, permissions and scope agreed for each deployment. Example conversations, finance figures, dashboard data and performance scenarios are illustrative unless expressly identified as results from a named customer.
No financial or credit decision
Nothing on this site is financial advice or an offer of credit. Representative finance examples shown in demonstrations remain subject to the dealership's approved information and confirmation by its authorised staff. Kestrel does not make lending or credit decisions.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to interfere with the site, bypass its security, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or use automated requests in a way that degrades the service.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the site, product descriptions, design, Kestrel marks and original content belong to Kestrel Automotive Intelligence or its licensors. You may link to public pages and quote short passages with attribution, but may not reproduce substantial parts for commercial use without permission.
