Why Kestrel exists

Dealership enquiries do not arrive neatly between nine and five. Stock questions, finance questions and service requests land when the showroom is busy or closed. Kestrel was founded to answer those conversations immediately without separating the customer from the dealership's own stock, diary, rules or team.

The goal is not to replace sales advisers or service teams. It is to do the first lookup, capture the intent, make the booking where the rules allow it and hand over with the context intact.

Scottish first, UK ready

We are launching with Scottish dealerships first, setting the service up alongside the people who will use it. The product is available to franchised groups and independent dealers across the UK.

Dealership data stays dealership data

Each dealer's information is held separately, in the UK, and is not used to train shared models for other customers.

Human judgement stays human

Valuations, negotiations, complaints, credit decisions and anything outside the approved brief go to a person.

Evidence before slogans

Demonstrations use the dealer's own stock and diary. Performance claims will be published with a baseline and timeframe, not as unqualified percentages.

Fit the systems already in use

Kestrel is connected around the dealership rather than requiring a website redesign or another daily login.
