Kestrel
Pricing

A written scope before a price, and every cost separated.

Kestrel is priced around the deployment a dealership will actually run. The number of sites, customer channels, systems and expected conversation volume set the figure.

Kestrel Automotive Intelligence, Scotland, UK

What sets the price

Dealership sites
A single rooftop and a multi-site group have different stock, routing, diary and reporting requirements.
Channels
Website, phone line or both. Channels outside the standard service are scoped explicitly rather than assumed.
Systems
The stock feed, service diary and DMS or CRM, including whether an existing connector or custom work is required.
Conversation volume
Expected website and call demand, including peaks and after-hours coverage.
Workflow complexity
The number of locations, appointment types, handover routes, finance examples and business rules the agent must follow.
Reporting scope
The dealer console, targets, management views and any group-level reporting agreed for the deployment.

What the proposal separates

Why there is not a made-up “from” price

A low headline that excludes the phone line, setup or the dealer's actual systems would not help a buyer compare services. Kestrel gives an indicative range once the sites, channels and systems are known, then a written figure after the demonstration and technical review.

You can ask for a range before a demo

Email the number of sites, the channels you want and the systems you use. We will say whether the information is enough for a useful range or what is still unknown.

What the demo includes

The demonstration uses your own stock and customer journey. It covers stock lookup, qualification, booking, handover, data residency and integration fit. Afterwards, the written scope records what is included, what is optional and what is not currently supported.
